Pitch : What if you discovered you were French? Cheddar, England, nowadays. Kate, 32 years old, wakes up one morning with the syndrome of the foreign accent, a very rare disease. The day when she loses her work and learns that her husband is cheating on her, her sister Mary suggests to forget her torments in Paris where her accent will blend in. What does she have to lose after all?

When she read an article explaining the condition of victims of the very rare foreign accent syndrom, June Caravel thought it could be the subject of a very funny movie. She talked about it to H.B. O’Neill whom she had written the rom-com Samantha withand they decided to write the script together.

Where’s the project at?
The script is written in French and English. June Caravel et H.B. O’Neill are looking for producers for the movie to be made.
